We tested the cooling performance of the Galaxy G360 on a platform with an Intel Core i7-14700K processor,ASUS ROG Z790 DARK HERO motherboard,Galaxy HOF EXTREME D5-7200 memory,and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card.I first reset the motherboard to default settings and unlocked the turbo frequency limits for the processor,while also enabling XMP.Next,I maximized the fan and pump speeds using the FanControl software.Finally,I conducted a single-burn FPU test on the processor with AIDA64 System Stability Test,running for over 30 minutes and monitoring temperature and power consumption changes with HWiNFO software.

After 30 minutes of testing,with the processor at default settings,the voltage reached 1.27V,and the turbo frequency for the performance cores was 5.5GHz.I observed that the processor's power consumption reached 294W,and the highest package temperature of the performance cores,as seen through HWiNFO,stabilized at around 93°C (ambient temperature was approximately 26°C),which is an impressive result.Although the processor's package temperature appears high on the surface,it is rare for a cooler in the same price range to suppress the Core i7-14700K at 5.5GHz and 1.27V with high frequency and voltage without thermal throttling.

Additionally,as the processor operates at full load and the radiator fans and pump speeds are maximized,the "roar" of the fans can be clearly heard.I noticed that the FanControl software monitored the radiator fan speed at around 2119RPM and the pump speed at around 3089RPM.However,there was no noise from the cold head pump.With three fans running at full speed,the noise they generate is somewhat noticeable.I measured the noise level at a position about 30cm away from the fans using a decibel meter,and the fan noise was approximately 54dB(A) against an ambient noise of about 45dB(A).Our testing was conducted in an open platform.If the Galaxy G360 is installed in an enclosed case,the noise we can hear will be significantly reduced due to the increased distance.After this test,it is evident that the cooling performance of the Galaxy G360 is well worth the price.Up to 5 Years Warranty and 5 Years Liquid Leak Compensation Service
